Our technicians work out the design of your temperature probe according to your given specifications.
Samples & Prototypes
We manufacture sample probes, prototypes and field test probes for you by hand and using pre-series tools.
Qualification
The production-ready probes are subjected to the necessary stress tests, endurance tests and functional tests in the laboratory.
Series production
Following acceptance of the qualified probes, we always go into series production with an informative 100% final functional test.
Logistics
100% on-time delivery rate, in accordance to your standards: KANBAN, consignment stocks or secured buffer storage facilities

Project schedule temperature probe development
- Concept Phase: Do you have an idea for a temperature probe? We quickly and flexibly develop initial visual samples in Lenzkirch as a basis for your project.
- Specification & Engineering: Together we create the complete specification including technical drawings and first functional prototypes.
- Prototype Development: We manufacture prototypes with preliminary tooling that already meet your required technical parameters.
- Qualification: The prototypes undergo comprehensive qualification test series and can be used for field tests at your facility.
- Series Production: After successful qualification, we start series production in Lenzkirch or Shenzhen – depending on your requirements.
