In Engineering, everything revolves around specification, design and prototypes. This is where temperature probes are guided from the first idea through qualification to series release.
Sales
Sales works closely with customers, translates technical requirements into concrete solutions and implements them together with the internal specialist departments.
Customer Service & Order Processing
Customer Service is the interface between customers and production. This is where enquiries are answered, quotations prepared, delivery dates coordinated and orders processed on schedule.
Laboratory and Quality Management
The laboratory develops and runs test procedures. This includes the qualification of probes using temperature, shock and vibration tests.
Manufacturing and Logistics
Manufacturing and Logistics focus on efficient processes and high delivery reliability. Topics include process optimisation, low error rates, stable supply chains and sustainable solutions.
Personal
HR supports employees from recruitment through onboarding and professional development to benefits and personal support.
Marketing
Marketing is responsible for how Testo Sensor presents itself externally. This includes flyers and brochures as well as content and copy for the website and webshop.
Purchasing & Customs
Purchasing organises the availability of the right components, sensors and materials, including supplier negotiations, cost optimisation and the reliable handling of customs and compliance.

Du führst Messungen nach Anleitung durch, übernimmst die Paarung gemessener Temperaturfühler und wendest Techniken wie Löten, Spleißen, Vergießen und Rollieren an. Als Mitarbeiter Serienqualität und Qualitätsmanagement (m/w/d) stellst Du die Serienreife neu entwickelter Temperaturfühler sicher, analysierst Reklamationen und bringst Verbesserungen in Produkte und Prozesse ein.
