Unser Muster- und Prototypenbau in Lenzkirch ist bestens ausgestattet um Prototypen oder Kleinserien innerhalb kurzer Zeit für Sie zu fertigen. Außerdem verfügen wir am Standort Lenzkirch auch über ein Labor mit dem wir Funktions- und Lebensdauertests durchführen können. Dadurch bekommen Sie alles aus einer Hand und sparen so Zeit und Geld.

Sample and prototype construction as well as small series production

Sometimes you only have a rough idea of how your temperature probe should look or be designed.
If that’s the case, here in Lenzkirch we will build inspection samples for you in a fast and flexible procedure, which will then form the basis for our further discussions with you.
This discussion leads to the mutual preparation of a complete specification, so that the technical drawings can then be drawn up and the first prototypes can be built.
The prototypes are manufactured with provisional or makeshift tools, but already fulfil the technical specifications you require.
These prototypes can then be used for the series of qualification measurements to be carried out and, if necessary, for field tests too.
Once the sensors have successfully passed the qualification program, we can produce them for you at our Lenzkirch site or at our plant in Shenzhen.
